DOL 20 detects bulk and solid materials

DOL 20 is a capacitive proximity sensor with an SCR output for detecting bulk and solid materials in agriculture and industry. Its flat design makes it ideal for applications with limited space. DOL 20 can be mounted outside plastic hoppers, drop tubes or water tanks, as it can detect levels through these materials.

The DOL 20 sensor can measure levels in hoppers, feeders, silos and bins or monitor poultry feed lines. Mounting clips are supplied as standard for easy installation. DOL 20 comes with specially designed clips for mounting on flat surfaces, such as the outside of a water tank or drop tube.

The sensor can also be mounted directly on our specially designed tube without mounting clips. The tube is sold as an accessory.

Robust design for agriculture and industry

DOL 20 is extremely resistant to fault conditions such as short circuits and overloads, with a long service life even in harsh conditions with dust, temperature fluctuations and high humidity.

It is suitable for use with contactors, relays and similar equipment in agriculture and industry.

Smart features

The sensor has an LED indicator showing its status, such as OFF or ON, and whether it has been programmed or is using factory settings.

DOL 20 SCR sensor sensitivity can be fixed or adjusted using trimmers to suit different feed types.

Configured using the SmartAdjust app

The sensitivity of the iDOL 20 SCR sensor with NFC can be adjusted using SmartAdjust app to suit different feed types.

iDOL 20 can be supplied with 20-280 V AC/DC and a maximum current (Ie) of 500 mA.
