No more sensors burned out by installation errors
The DOL 27 sensor resists electromagnetic interference, short circuits and any overload, preventing sensors from burning out due to installation errors.
The sensor has IP69k and NEMA 1/3/4/6/12/13 environmental protection.
Very low power consumption when off
The sensor has very low power consumption when off, allowing sensors to operate in parallel on a single contactor. This gives them a unique ability to control cross-auger systems.
Different versions for different needs
At dol-sensors, we strive to create the best solutions for customers with very different needs. All our sensors are therefore available in different versions and can be adapted to each specific requirement.
Easy to adjust
The on-delay and/or off-delay, MaxRunTimer, normally open/normally closed contact and sensor sensitivity can be fixed or adjusted using a trimmer or SmartAdjust app to suit different motor control units.
DOL 27 offers easy trimmer adjustment through a single 240-degree turn, with a linear or nonlinear scale.
iDOL 27 is easily adjusted with the SmartAdjust app. For all iDOL products, download SmartAdjust from the Google App Store. Simply search for SmartAdjust or scan the QR code on the product.
Easy to mount
Like all our 30 mm sensors, DOL 27 and iDOL 27 can be easily mounted outside a silo using our purpose-made fitting. Simply install the gland on the silo's outer surface and attach the sensor. For metal silos or thick materials, you must drill a small hole for the sensor to work.
The smooth-housing iDOL 27 can also be mounted with dol-sensors' T-piece for mounting on a 40-60 mm conveying-system pipe, using only the T-piece and three cable ties.

Smooth and threaded housings
DOL 27 with a threaded housing is available as an SCR sensor for 20-280 V AC/DC and as a PNP or NPN sensor for 10-36 V DC.
DOL 27 is also available in an iDOL version with NFC and a smooth or threaded housing. NFC versions can be configured using SmartAdjust app. The app lets you do more with one sensor. For example, you can set iDOL sensors for an on/off delay and Max Run Timer CVR: 87457117
