In 2016, DOL 53 received a silver medal in the Innovation Award at ", shows that up to 1/3 of the world's harvest is lost during storage, where humidity and temperature are key factors. To ensure reliable long-term storage and avoid spoilage and shrinkage, it is important to continuously monitor and control stored-crop temperature.
